Terms of Service.

The Pride Chamber of Kern is a non-profit organization classified under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions or payments made to our organization are not tax-deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. However, certain payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine the deductibility of any contributions or membership dues.

Terms and Policies:

Refund Policy: Membership dues and payments and donations made to The Pride Chamber of Kern are non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at treasurer@kernpride.org, and we will review the issue.

Membership and Payment Terms: By joining or making payments to The Pride Chamber of Kern, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our policies on dues, fees, and membership benefits. Use of Funds: Funds received by The Pride Chamber of Kern will be used to advance our organizational goals and initiatives in accordance with our 501(c)(6) status. We ensure transparency and accountability in the management of resources.

Donation Terms: By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of our non-profit organization, including our mission to use the funds for charitable purposes in line with IRS regulations.

Non-Profit Purpose: All funds are used to further our mission of The Pride Chamber of Kern. No part of the earnings of the organization benefits any private shareholder or individual.

State Registration: We are registered as a 501(c)(6) status organization in the State of California, and our registration number is 99-4447633.
